She closes her eyes as she hopes Dukal is reading her mind as she is reading his and she wants badly he will return inside the Inn, after sometime she walks back to the main hall, smiling, in her hands a trail with fruits , bread, meat and water. She walks over to the table and smiles" I believe you are all hungry, I bring something for you eat as well water to refresh, its hot outside and just strong drinks won't help." She smiles and then she realizes Milenko is not wearing the mask, her eyes fall on his as she smiles. Inside her head he didn't change a thing, she moves her eyes away hoping he doesn't notice she knew him , they had meet before. She avoids his face and looks at the bar hoping to see that Dukal is back. The sun outside was really hot. But at same time something they brought with them was really boring her, she feels unconfortable, smiles and nods.."I hope everything is well, after you enjoynthe meal you can go to your bedrooms. She nods again and walks over to the bar, filling a glass with water, she drinks it all and licks her lips but her stubborn eyes once again fall over Milenko. She remembers his wife was going to have a baby and now seems he doesn't remember anything, she feels sad for a moment and moves her eyes to somewhere else.

Dukal continued with his work outside. He still wanted to give a chance for whatever would happen between the two former angels to happen before returning. He knew that he could not interfere. There was more than simple coincidence in this meeting, that much was certain. It had to be some quirk of Fate, some mallet and chisel tapping on and shaping of a facet of Destiny's gem, such that he knew that any further action on his part would shatter the greater whole.
He had a pair of hay bales stacked on his left shoulder, supported by that arm's hand, taking them into the stable for the horses when he picked up on Nathalie's thoughts, directed as it seemed toward him. Relaxing his own psychic barriers for a moment, he sent back to her his reluctance to be inside the building at this time, letting her sense his feelings about why he felt he needed to be outside to avoid stepping on the toes of Fate, or whatever other Power that was at work here. He also allowed her to sense that she was welcome to join him if she felt the need, then shut his mind again, going back to his work.

Talon and Oni fell to eating from the bowls Nathallie set out, Talon still waiting for his ale. Hunger, and an interest in what was unfolding with Milenko's peculiar behavior, kept them from making more sound than their own chewing for the moment. They smiled and nodded their thanks to Nathallie, however, Oni's nod more of a shortened version of the apologetic bow he'd offered her earlier. He was still genuinely contrite over his faux-pas earlier.

She smiles at Oni and nods again. Since everything is fine, she smiles at Ken "Think of me if you need me and I'll be here" She caresses his hand and walks outside, she goes to meet Dukal, she stops at the front door of the stable. She watches him for a moment, but her mind is back to a time all were together on her Mansion, all the talk, all the laughs. She blinks and walks in.."So..What's is really going on? The man I am seen there is far away from the one I met once. That's sad." she caresses "Dryelle, a beautiful black female." and she looks at him.."Do you think Kenryo is able to handle with this situation? she looks then at Dryelle and keep caressing her, the horse seems to recognise her and gets a little nervous with her presence..."Dukal, somehow, I don't feel confortable with them here. I do not know why, but my head get dizzy with their presence here" She looks at him and then walks closer.."I am afraid something terrible is coming, is there something we can do?" she sits down as she watches him taking care of everything, he was a good man even being a hunter, she shivers at this thought and looks down holding her legs closer to her chest, and then she looks outside, the day was beautiful , the day was hot, far different from the last night.

Dukal watched as Nathallie joined him, his left hand moving to split the bales of hay between the three food troughs in front of the horses, always keeping his right hand free for whatever might be needed of it. He looked over at her as he worked, listening to her speak. "Well," he said slowly, deciding that perhaps direct candor was called for here. "I know them both from before their change. They were both once angels, Kenryo and Shakaar, two of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse in certain religious pantheons. Pestilence and Death, respectively. That much, you may know. Apparently, those that are at least nominally in higher ranking than they are in their hierarchy have decided that their purposes might be better served as mortals. At least, that is probably true in Kenryo's place. Shakaar's story is a little more complicated, however. The man you saw in there, Milenko, he is Shakaar in mortal form. However, Shakaar died during the end of what is being called "The Ludious Wars". I do not know if you were present for any of the unpleasantness that the war had caused, but I played some small parts in it myself. Not that I went after any of Ludious' minions, but I did end the lives of what few were sent in my direction."
He straightened from his work, facing Nathallie straight as he said, "Many on the Earth died. The population was left so low in number and scattered so far apart that the viability of human life here was in serious doubt. Shakaar used energies he'd stolen from Ludious' plan to destroy the planet, coupled with his own powers and very life-force to first heal, then bring back to life as many of those who had been killed by Ludious and his followers as he could. Unfortunately, many that were killed were so damaged in body that he could not bring them back, so he also wiped clean all memory of Ludious' actions, replacing them with a memory of a large plague that swept across the major population centers. Shakaar had sacrificed himself to give life back to many thousands, so I am assuming that he was brought back in human form as either a reward, or perhaps some test of his redemption, taking into account his own previous actions against humanity."

Listening to his words, her face was up as he talks to her.."I didn't, I no nothing about this war but some of my friends were gone because of it, she looks down .." She thinks for a moment and looks back to him,,,she stands ans cleans the hay on her dress..."That's sad but at same time is an opportunity, but return without remember is sad..at least Ken is able to remember me.."She smile slightly.."I would love to have the chance to be mortal again, well if I was I would be dead already but, I would like to have the chance of feel my body changing, feel the warmth, all the senses.." she sighs and looks at him..."Would you like to be a human, to have a life, live it and die? Is there anything you miss? She gets close to him , folds her arms.."Tell me Dukal...have you ever felt love? are you able to feel it?" she smiles gently and she looks up watching him

Dukal stood there, looking down at Nathallie, his mind closed tightly. He seemed to be thinking about her question. He then, still silent, turned and went to the door of the stables, looking back at the inn. After a few moments, he said quietly, "Even for our kind, those things are possible to feel. I've known some humans that are less than the monsters they make those of our blood out to be. Memory...is sometimes a curse more than it is a blessing. I remember much. Much that I wish I could forget." It was virtually unprecedented for him to be opening up like this, unheard of for it to be to one that he'd normally be Hunting. "There is much that I wish I could have. But...There is still something that I have to do. Someone I have to find." With that, he continued his inspection of the quiet inn.
He didn't answer her question on whether he'd ever felt love or if he was able to feel it.

As he leaned against the bar, it wasn't a few moments later that Nathalie came to him. If I need you?! He thought... Why would she say something like that? He then watched as she left following Dukal out. "Hmm... I wonder why both of them left so suddenly" muttering it under his breath. He then turned to three at the table. His glare originally meeting Oni, he was satisfied that it was obviously a misunderstanding. One less thing to worry about, he then turned sizing up the quiet one. Shaking his head, he didn't know how to take him. Quiet ones are usually the most fickle, and the ones you have to pay the closest attention to. He then noticed the mask on the table, since the man seemed courteous enough he hadn't really paid him much attention. His eyes traveled from the mask to his face. His heart skipped a beat or two, instantly recognizing the man's face. "It can't be..." why had they both changed? More importantly, why didn't Shakaar immediately recognize him?
Pressing himself off the bar, he walked over to the table. His face was pale white looking like the man was about to pass out. "Umm....it's been awhile." He said with a completely lost look on his face. "Were you just going to string me along to see my reaction?"

Milenko quirked a brow at the large man's statements. "It seems you, too, know me. I confess that, while you look strangely familiar to me, I fail to recognize you, friend." He eyed how the man appeared to be on the verge of falling over. "Perhaps you should sit down before you fall down, sir. I think you might have at least some of the information I seek. Have you heard of a lad named 'Daniel Galeed', mayhaps? I see him in service of Ashleigh Van Carter. The boy has information useful to Ashleigh: the location of his son. He's offered me revelations of my past. Or, perhaps..."
He watched the giant human for his reactions to what he'd already said, then added, "Or perhaps you could tell me a thing or two of myself, as it seems you're able to do."

He went to say something as soon as he mentioned recognizing him. But decided to wait, and hear everything that the man had to say. Upon hearing the name Ashleigh his eyes widen. "Stop talking... all together." He lifted his hand as his eyes practically popped out of his head giving the man dagger eyes. "Do you have anything in your person that he gave you. If so destroy or remove it from the building. Then I can give you all the answer you will need in your life time. But Ashleigh is no friend to you... Especially now." He then sat down across from him and waited for his response.

Nathallie smiles at Dukal and shakes her head.."Why is that so complicated?...you guys are so complicated, always trying to hide, sneak feelings. No matter what you are it shouldn't be this hard..." she looks up to him.."But I understand...and as well I know the feeling, you aren't going to talk about your feelings, at least not with me.."the enemy". She reaches her hand as she was going to touch Dukal's but then she feels Ken and says to Dukal ."He is nervous you know, I can feel his heart from here...Should I go there? Maybe it's not a good idea, right?!"She was really nervous, feeling Ken'ss senses...he was really lost and worried , it was a mix of a lot of things, and they need time alone. She walks over to the stable's door and watches the Inn. "Ken, I am here , do not worry, relax and try to get any information you can, for your safety. Do not say your heart out. Things are really more complicated then we think." sending him a mental message she walks inside again and sits down, as she waits Dukal to allow her to return to the Inn.

Milenko raised a brow at the imperious tone being used on him. It was something he just wasn't used to hearing: orders, and what's more, directed toward him. For a moment, he was tempted to be obstinate, to refuse to answer. However, to do so would be rather childish. However, it would not do to appear subservient in front of his followers.
Drawing himself fully upright, he said in a chilly tone, "I do, indeed, have in my possession an item Ashleigh loaned to me. I am fully aware that he is not to be trusted, therefore the item is hidden on the wagon I arrived in. It informs me as to the proper direction of the one I am to seek out, a young man by the name of Daniel Galeed. It also has some other magical power associated with it, though I have yet to determine exactly what that is. I have full confidence that I shall be able to do so before we arrive wherever Daniel is currently residing, however."
He tucked his hands behind his back, clasping them together, head held high and tilted slightly back, adding, "Any who have business with Ashleigh know that he is never to be fully trusted, so telling such a person not to trust him is an exercise in redundancy. It makes one wonder what it is they are not to trust about you and your intentions."

Dukal barely reacted to Nathallie's statements about his feelings. His feelings were likely a mystery even to him, so rarely did he express them. With his job, with his past experiences, repressing one's emotions was almost a requirement.
He continued to stare at the inn, his sensitive hearing picking out the conversation and the undercurrent of tension held in the voices. "If you think you might defuse the situation brewing inside there," he said with a slight shrug, "then be my guest. I, however, feel that my presence would set much aflame. Besides, they're discussing one that I've heard may be a challenge that I may have to one day face. The more I hear, the more I can prepare for such an event, should it ever come to pass."

He let out a small laugh, as Milenko turned it around to where Ken was the one being questioned. "Simple, it's obvious you don't remember everything. So taking precaution with someone you also know is dangerous, you can't hold my immediate reaction to cover my own ass against me. I guess it's good you at least remember that much about him. But it's shocking you don't remember who Daniel is... to you more than anyone. Hell, I have to say the old you would die before bringing your own son into anything to do with Ashleigh." He then sat down, there was no need for him to posture anymore. "You seem to be going thru the same thing I am. We both are now mortals obviously, but strangely I continue to have all my memories where as you don't. And yes, I do know EVERYTHING, there is to know about you. Easy to do spending eons together... I don't know what these men call you but I call you Shakaar... Shakaar Galeed, my nephew." Lieing wasn't something Ken did well, at all nor was he capable even at this point to beat around the bush with someone he knows.

Oni and Talon glanced at one another. "Shakaar Galeed?" mouthed Oni to Talon. Getting nothing but a shrug from the silent thief, Oni sighed in frustration, then turned his attention back to the admittedly interesting conversation. The name the large stranger mentioned was wholly unknown to him.
Talon, however, had heard the name before. He'd never actually never seen the one to whom the name belonged to, but he did know a few things about him. He saw the look of interest in Oni's eyes, knew that it mirrored his own. If it was true, then there was far more to what was going on than he ever thought there could possibly be.
Milenko, for his part, was stricken silent. One might think it was shock that had caused it, but it was far more than that. When the stranger made his revelations, yet another suppressed memory had surfaced. Several of them, actually. A confusing jumble of images flooded his mind: names, faces, events, places...Then, as if a door were slammed shut, they vanished, leaving Milenko to stumble free from the temporary paralysis his shock had induced. He barely made it to the table, clutching at it to support him as he slowly lowered himself into the chair. "Your...nephew? Shakaar Galeed? My son. What?"
He sifted through what he was able to consciously recall from the images...seemingly from another life...then looked at the stranger. Steel was in his voice and eyes as he recovered his equilibrium and said, "Your name is...Kenryo. An angel."
It wasn't a question.
